- Bonus rewards for meeting the writing deadline
Workshops are conducted online via video conferencing and email.
2. Eligibility
By registering for a workshop, you confirm that you are:
- At least 18 years old
- Providing accurate and truthful information during registration
- Participating in the workshop for personal or professional development
3. Registration and Payment
- Full payment is required to reserve your spot in an upcoming workshop
- Payment is processed securely through third-party platforms
- You will receive an email confirmation and access details after registering
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are available up to 7 days before the scheduled workshop start date
- No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the workshop start
- If the event is canceled or rescheduled by us, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a future session
5. Participant Conduct
To maintain a respectful and productive environment, you agree to:
- Participate respectfully in all live sessions
- Avoid disruptive behavior toward coaches or other participants
- Use workshop materials solely for your personal use
We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these terms, without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All workshop materials—including the mini-course, writing guides, and coaching content—are the intellectual property of PictureBookWorkshop.com and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
You retain full rights to any story you write during the workshop.
7. Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that participation in the workshop will lead to publishing success, sales, or external recognition. Your results depend on your own effort, writing skill, and follow-through after the event.
8. Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the workshop, or any part of the site, at any time without notice. Updates to these Terms of Service may also be made, and continued use of the site indicates your acceptance of those changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PictureBookWorkshop.com and its team shall not be liable for:
- Technical issues affecting your access to the event
- Loss of data or business interruption
- Any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our services
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific workshop.
